The Effect of Yoga on the Delivery Method and the Postpartum Condition

Abstract
This research was to confirm The result yoga affects women in childbed¡¯s condition and ways to give birth. This research is experimented between January to June 2007. It was targeted to the 64 (32 did yoga, 32 didn¡¯t) pre-mothers who take care of themselves by going to clinic or doing yoga in Masan, Changwon, Gimhae in Gyeongnam. We separated those two groups and researched by using evaluation forms. The research found the conclusion with various features such as about sociological population, pre-childbirth, fatigue, and anxiety. The result of this research encourages yoga exercises as one of the self-care system in pre-childbirth to increase percentage of natural childbirth. In process of giving childbirth, mothers should get education about breathing so they can do it right. We suggest to Special medical group of people and communityto educate mothers and tie up with them tightly so they can take care of their babies¡¯ own weights.
